Sweet Potato Fries

This Sweet Potato Fries recipe is my favorite side recipes to go with so many of my crock pot recipes. This paleo and gluten-free recipe is easy to throw together and is sure to delight everyone’s appetite.  This is a great healthy side dish recipe packed with lots of Vitamin A and almost no fat is perfect for Paleo, Gluten Free, Vegan, and Vegetarian diets. – Kara, The Accidental Chef

 

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp of Smoked Sweet Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 3 large Sweet Potatoes, skinned and diced into long pieces as shown below

 

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

In a large bowl toss the sweet potato slices with the smoked sweet paprika, garlic powder, and avocado oil.

Place on a baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes or until the potatoes are easily pierced by a fork.

Let cool for a minute and serve with tahini or ketchup!
