Breaded Sriracha Chicken | The Accidental Chef Blog

This healthy sriracha chicken recipe produces the most tender and flavorful chicken tenderloins! Take the chicken from the bag, one at a time, and dip it into the dry mixture. Shake the chicken lightly to get rid of the excess mixture, and place onto the baking sheet. Do this with each piece of chicken. Be careful not to place the chicken pieces so close together that they are touching each other. Once all the chicken is on the baking sheet, lightly spray the pieces with the butter spray.
