This slowly roasted corned beef recipe is absolutely the easiest recipe to make yet it produces the most tender corned beef. This healthy recipe is super simple and only requires one ingredient. This would be a great recipe to make if you are entertaining as you don’t have to spend much time in the kitchen. Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs Corned Beef Brisket (I used Double R Ranch Corned Beef )
  • water

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

 

Fill a roasting pan halfway with water.

 

Cover the meat tightly with foil.

Place the foil wrapped meat on the rack and place into the oven for 3 hours and 30 minutes.

Remove and without taking the foil off, let the meat rest for 15 minutes.

Then take off the foil and slice and serve!

*You can trim the fat off once cooked to save on calories and fat.
